Essential Skills

This section offers short courses that are offered over a maximum of two days for the benefit of security guards in particular, but the courses can also be taken by individuals who are not security Guards
Physical Fitness
This is a necessary part of a guard’s job. At Pro-Guard we do not believe that it is possible to operate at maximum capacity as a security guard if you are not physically fit. This course allows participants to learn the importance of physical fitness in security guarding and to get a full two days to experience a physical fitness course that allows them to get a taste of what kind of drills they will do within a professional security guarding company as well as at Shaka Hills Security, should they end up joining our security guard team.
